Suitable for absolute beginners. ‘Belly Dance Magic’, our introduction to Belly dance class will have you shimmying and shimmering to belly dance nirvana!
Shake it to the left, slam to the right… Boom! Get ready to release the magic in those hips.
- Learn to isolate muscles
- Improve posture and core strength
- Learn basic moves e.g. hip kick, figure of eight, hip drop, belly roll etc
- Develop belly dance coordination
- Learn transitions and combinations
The class is designed to enable you develop at a comfortable pace.
With an emphasis on learning being fun. A highly experienced and versatile instructor from our team will be on hand to help you develop your dancing ability.
Taking you through the basics and beyond we will be imparting key techniques, tips and tricks that will set you on your way to dancing with poise and grace.
