‘Kreative Prescriptions’ by multi-disciplinary artist Renee Rilexie

A workshop to engage, ignite and facilitate reclamation of your ‘Kreative Spirit’.

Attendees will be invited to pick a preprepared artistic prescription and to create what is written on it e.g. create a visual representation of a happy memory.

Art materials will be provided for attendees to sketch, draw, trace, colour in etc their prescription followed by a group discussion to discuss each person’s work and creative process.

No experience is necessary. Each person will be able to leave with their creation.

The session promises to be inclusive, relaxed, welcoming and non judgemental. Come share, learn and grow at ‘Kreative Prescriptions’.

Program

* 5 minutes – Introduction about the session and the workshop lead

* 30 minutes – Period for attendees to individually create a visual work using the materials/media provided

* 30 minutes –  Discussion period for participants to air their views and feelings about their work and thinking

* 25 minutes – Period for general networking between participants and to discuss further with the Renee

– Booking essential – Attendees are advised to arrive 20 minutes early if possible
